COBALT POWDER
Cobalt Powder is a reagent used primarily for making Blue Dye with the Catalyser, or in making blue glazed pottery items ranging from Faience ware to Porcelain ware.
While it can be obtained by crushing Cobalt obtained by mining planets with Tier 2 or 3 Threat Level, Cobalt Powder is usually sold by certain merchants, or found by using Geodes or scavenging crates in mines and Volcanic Chests.
Crushing Green, Blue or Purple Geode Samples in the Crusher can also create Cobalt Powder. However, this is fairly inefficient, since only 1 Cobalt Powder can be obtained in this manner. A better method would be to visit Tier 2 or Tier 3 planets, harvest Cobalt from their crust and process it using the Crusher.
Interaction with other mods.
Cobalt Powder is sold by some artists at a lower price than what other merchants sell it, but at a lower probability.
